Lymphotoxin signalling in tertiary lymphoid structures and immunotherapy [PDF]
Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) often develop at sites of persistent inflammation, including cancers and autoimmune diseases. In most cases, the presence of TLS correlates with active immune responses. Because of their proximity to pathological loci, TLS are an intriguing target for the manipulation of immune responses.

Tertiary lymphoid structures in the era of cancer immunotherapy [PDF]
Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphoid organs that develop in non-lymphoid tissues at sites of chronic inflammation including tumours. Key common characteristics between secondary lymphoid organogenesis and TLS neogenesis have been identified.

Tertiary Lymphoid Structures as Mediators of Immunotherapy Response
Since its first application in the treatment of cancer during the 1800s, immunotherapy has more recently become the leading edge of novel treatment strategies. Even though the efficacy of these agents can at times be predicted by more traditional metrics and biomarkers, often patient responses are variable.

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphoid aggregates that form in non-lymphoid organs, frequently observed in conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection, and chronic inflammation.

Objective To predict the very early recurrence (VER) of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) based on TLSs and MVI status, and further perform prognosis stratifications. Methods A total of 160, 51 ICC patients from two institutions between

Tertiary Lymphoid Structures in the Central Nervous System: Implications for Glioblastoma
Glioblastoma is the most common and aggressive brain tumor, which is uniformly lethal due to its extreme invasiveness and the absence of curative therapies.

Molecular and spatial analysis of tertiary lymphoid structures in Sjogren’s syndrome
Tertiary lymphoid structures play important roles in autoimmune and non-autoimmune conditions. While many of the molecular mechanisms involved in tertiary lymphoid structure formation have been identified, the cellular sources and temporal and spatial ...
