Abstract Significant clinical evidence demonstrates an association of tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) formation with cancer survival. Clinically translatable pharmacologic/biologic agents that induce TLS-rich tumor immune environment could provide a breakthrough strategy to treat therapy-resistant cancers.
