Warburg Effect Reshapes Tumor Immunogenicity
Abstract Tumor cells rewire their metabolism to fulfill the demands of highly proliferative cells. This changes cellular metabolism to adapt to fuel and oxygen availability for energy production and to increase the synthesis capacity of building blocks for cell division and growth. In addition,

Lactylation‐Mediated HER2 Stabilization Promotes Trastuzumab Resistance in Gastric Cancer
Warburg effect‐derived lactate drives HER2 lactylation and trastuzumab resistance. Mechanistically, AARS1‐mediated lactylation stabilizes HER2 by inhibiting USP11‐dependent degradation and concurrently promotes HER2‐EGFR interaction. Importantly, inhibiting HER2 lactylation resensitizes gastric cancer cells to trastuzumab.

Predictive significance of glycolysis-associated lncRNA profiles in colorectal cancer progression
Background The Warburg effect is a hallmark characteristic of colorectal cancer (CRC). Despite extensive research, the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in influencing the Warburg effect remains incompletely understood.

Three phenothiazine‐based polyamides featuring gradually strengthened electron‐withdrawing linkers are developed as high‐voltage cathodes for lithium‐organic batteries. The linker motif serves not only as a structural bridge to suppress solubility, but also as a functional design element that governs optoelectronic properties and electron/ion transport

Lactate accumulation after SCI promotes H4K12la lactylation, which upregulates NDUFS7, triggering mitochondrial RET and ROS, enforcing pro‐inflammatory microglial polarization. MM@mPTC, a biomimetic nanotherapeutic, degrades LDHA in activated microglia, reducing H4K12la lactylation and blocking RET, thus curbing ROS, fostering a reparative phenotype ...

An N‐doped carbon‐confined Bi/Bi2O3 heterostructure enables ultrafast and reversible Bi0/Bi3+ phase conversion through heterointerface seeding. The pre‐established Bi/Bi2O3 interfaces provide nucleation‐active sites for heterophase regrowth, while the N‐C shell promotes electron transport and structural stability, overcoming kinetic limitations in ...
