Soybean meal and Kappaphycus sp. diets reshaped gut microbiota diversity, taxonomic composition, and predicted metabolic functions in Nile tilapia while maintaining a stable core microbiota. These findings highlight gut microbial responses as a useful indicator for evaluating sustainable alternative feed ingredients in aquaculture.

Synthesis and Cytotoxic Activity of 1,3‐Selenazole‐2‐Amine Derivatives With Computational ADMET Profiling

Four novel 1,3‐selenazole‐2‐amine derivatives were synthesized and evaluated in HT‐29, MCF‐7, and L929 cell lines. Compound 4 showed the highest MCF‐7 cytotoxicity. Compound 3 displayed low L929 toxicity. In silico ADMET predicted favorable pharmacokinetic properties.
