This study examined cytokine and toll‐like receptor expression in HIV infection. 22 cases were evaluated for TLR3, TLR4, TLR9, IL‐2, IL‐4, IL‐6, IL‐10, IL‐12, TNF‐α, and IFN‐γ expression and mean fluorescence intensities (MFI). TLR3 was expressed in 21 (95.5%) cases, while TLR4 and TLR9 were positive in all 22 (100%) cases.
