D0-Branes As Light-Front Confined Quarks
We argue that different aspects of Light-Front QCD at confined phase can be recovered by the Matrix Quantum Mechanics of D0-branes. The concerning Matrix Quantum Mechanics is obtained from dimensional reduction of pure Yang-Mills theory to 0+1 dimension.

Targeting danger molecules in tendinopathy: the HMGB1/TLR4 axis [PDF]
Objectives: To seek evidence of the danger molecule, high-mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) expression in human tendinopathy and thereafter, to explore mechanisms where HMGB1 may regulate inflammatory mediators and matrix regulation in human tendinopathy.

β‐Adrenergic Signaling Promotes Anti‐Tumor Immunity in TP53‐mutant Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
β‐adrenergic stimulation enhances anti‐tumor immunity in TP53‐deficient oral squamous cell carcinoma by inducing tumor‐derived secretion of CXCL10, which attracts and activates cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. The findings demonstrate that β‐adrenergic signaling alters tumor–immune interactions via CXCL10‐mediated paracrine activation, revealing a neuro‐immune ...

Advertising in a Differential Game of Spatial Competition. [PDF]
We investigate a dynamic duopoly game with horizontal product differentiation, to show that the standard approach to spatial competition fails to produce a pure strategy equilibrium in prices when treated in a differential game framework.

ABSTRACT Tumor immune escape is a major barrier to durable cancer immunotherapy, as advanced malignancies create a tumor microenvironment (TME) that preferentially exhausts and disables T cell responses. While most approved cell therapies are T cell‐based, this limitation motivates the exploration of an alternative effector cell platform.

Splenic Immune Response Is Down-Regulated in C57BL/6J Mice Fed Eicosapentaenoic Acid and Docosahexaenoic Acid Enriched High Fat Diet [PDF]
Dietary n-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are associated with reduction of inflammation, although the mechanisms are poorly understood, especially how the spleen, as a secondary lymphoid organ, is involved.
