Dual Ligand‐Enabled Nondirected C─H Olefination of (Hetero)Arenes for the Synthesis of Clickable Derivatives

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 15, 22 April 2026.
We report an efficient method for late‐stage installation of “clickable” alkyne groups into diverse (hetero)arenes. Using a dual‐ligand palladium catalyst that combines an NASA ligand with an N‐heterocycle, an acrylate unit bearing a terminal alkyne can be introduced via nondirected C─H activation.

Amido‐Triazole Complexes, “Normal” Triazole‐Based Imines and Metallo‐Mesoionic Imines

open access: yesChemistryEurope
Mesoionic compounds are hugely popular in fields such as organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis. A new sub‐class are the mesoionic imines (MIIs).

Monolayer doping of Si with improved oxidation resistance [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
In this article, the functionalization of planar silicon with arsenic- and phosphorus-based azides was investigated. Covalently bonded and well-ordered alkyne-terminated monolayers were prepared from a range of commercially available dialkyne precursors ...

1,2,3-Triazoles as Amide-bond Surrogates in Peptidomimetics

open access: yesCHIMIA, 2013
1,2,3-Triazoles represent a class of heterocycles with interesting properties for application in peptide sciences since they closely resemble amide bonds while being stable to enzymatic degradation. These characteristics make 1,2,3-triazoles promising candidates as amide-bond surrogates for the development of novel peptidomimetics with ...

Synthesis of Functionalized 1H-Imidazoles via Denitrogenative Transformation of 5-Amino-1,2,3-Triazoles

open access: yesMolecules
An efficient access to novel 2-substituted 1H-imidazole derivatives was developed based on acid-mediated denitrogenative transformation of 5-amino-1,2,3-triazole derivatives available through dipolar azide−nitrile cycloaddition (DCR).

Features of the behavior of 4-amino-5-carboxamido-1,2,3-triazole in multicomponent heterocyclizations with carbonyl compounds

open access: yesBeilstein Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2012
Multicomponent reactions involving polyfunctional 4-amino-5-carboxamido-1,2,3-triazole and cyclic carbonyl-containing CH-acids were studied under conventional thermal heating, microwave and ultrasonic irradiation.

Ligand synthesis catalyst and complex metal ion: multicomponent synthesis of 1,3-bis(4-phenyl-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol copper(i) complex and application in copper-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
A new bistriazole copper complex was synthesized by direct treatment of an alkyne, an azide, and CuI as copper salt through in situ ligand formation under a multicomponent reaction process. This complex was analyzed by XPS, TGA, DSC, and SEM techniques

Synthesis and Evaluation of Molecular Docking and Anti-Inflammatory Activity of New 1,2,3-Triazole Derivatives

open access: yesJournal of Chemistry
In this study, a series of novel substituted Ph-1,2,3-triazole derivatives 7(a–k) were synthesised via a combination of cycloaddition reactions, Click chemistry approach and Pd-catalysed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling.

A combined experimental and theoretical study of the thermal cycloaddition of aryl azides with activated alkenes.

open access: yes, 2011
International audienceReactions were performed from aryl azides on the one hand, and activated alkenes coming from β-dicarbonyl compounds or malonodinitrile on the other hand, either with recourse to conventional heating or to microwave activation, to ...
