Tissue-engineered cartilage regeneration by bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) is considered an ideal method. However, how to regulate BMSCs to regenerate specific types of cartilage remains unclear, which significantly limits its clinical translation and

An intracellular magneto‐mechanical platform utilizing MSC‐targeted nanomotors is developed. After intra‐articular delivery, these nanomotors target endogenous BMSCs and are actuated within lysosomes to execute trans‐planar rotational‐bouncing motions under a rotating‐fluctuating 3D magnetic field, generating amplified mechanical stimulation.

miR-129-5p Promotes Osteogenic Differentiation of BMSCs and Bone Regeneration via Repressing Dkk3
Objective Accumulating evidence indicates that microRNAs (miRNAs) play crucial roles in osteogenic differentiation. However, the associated mechanisms remain elusive.

New Partial Orders of Polar Codes for BMSC
In this paper, we define partial orders (POs) of polar codes based on the Bhattacharyya parameter and the bit-error probability, respectively. These POs are applicable to arbitrary binary memoryless symmetric channel (BMSC). Leveraging the extremal inequalities of polarization transformation, we derive new POs for BMSC based on the corresponding POs ...

A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.

GCs reduce Parkin, leading to ACSL4 accumulation and PUFA‐phospholipid‐driven ferroptosis in BMSCs, which impairs osteogenesis and promotes adipogenesis, causing GIOP. Parkin restoration (via OE‐Parkin or Parkin‐LNP@DSS6) ubiquitinates and degrades ACSL4, inhibiting ferroptosis, rescuing bone formation, and rescues GIOP bone loss.
