Chemotherapy‐induced efferocytosis drives ovarian cancer stem cell enrichment. By engulfing apoptotic cancer cells, macrophages upregulate ODC1 and produce putrescine, which elevates osteopontin (OPN) expression. Secreted OPN then activates the CD44 receptor on cancer cells, promoting stemness and chemoresistance.

This study constructs a proteomic atlas of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) progression using esophageal biopsy samples. It identifies moderate dysplasia as the critical turning stage and a seven‐protein panel for early detection. Functionally, GBP6 loss promotes ESCC progression via cell cycle and epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT ...

T Cell Exhaustion in Cancer Immunotherapy: Heterogeneity, Mechanisms, and Therapeutic Opportunities
T cell exhaustion limits immunotherapy efficacy. This article delineates its progression from stem‐like to terminally exhausted states, governed by persistent antigen, transcription factors, epigenetics, and metabolism. It maps the exhaustion landscape in the TME and proposes integrated reversal strategies, providing a translational roadmap to overcome

Identification and Characterization of a Mammalian 39-kDa Poly(ADP-ribose) Glycohydrolase*
ADP-ribosylation is a post-translational modification resulting from transfer of the ADP-ribose moiety of NAD to protein. Mammalian cells contain mono-ADP-ribosyltransferases that catalyze the formation of ADP-ribose-(arginine) protein, which can be ...
