The anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), as the center for pain and emotion integration, causes integration disorders due to excessive synaptic strengthening and glial cell inflammation/synaptic pruning dysregulation. However, traditional drugs have insufficient targeting, and closed‐loop DBS improves symptoms by precisely regulating ACC.

ABSTRACT Soybean is a critical source of protein and vegetable oil worldwide. Expanding its cultivation into salinity lands represents a promising strategy for increasing production; however, soil salinity severely limits soybean growth by disrupting physiological and metabolic homeostasis.

Abstract figure legend In gravid human uterus smooth muscle, the oxytocin receptor (OXTR) and transient receptor potential vanilloid 4 (TRPV4) calcium channel colocalize at <40 nm by proximity ligation. TRPV4 is necessary for oxytocin‐induced calcium influx and contractility in uterine smooth muscle cells.

Canonical transient receptor potential (TRPC) channels are considered as elements of the immune cell Ca2+ handling machinery. We therefore hypothesized that TRPC photopharmacology may enable uniquely specific modulation of immune responses.

Cold exposure and metabolic health: Therapeutic potential for obesity, diabetes, and beyond
Abstract Cold exposure, an inducer of brown adipose tissue thermogenesis, has been applied to relieve exercise‐induced pain and inflammation, modulate circulation and enhance metabolism. However, its role in managing metabolic diseases and the underlying molecular mechanisms remain inadequately understood.

Association of Immunophilins with Mammalian TRPC Channels [PDF]
Drosophila photoreceptor channels TRP and TRPL are held in a large signalplex by the scaffolding protein, INAD. Immunophilin FKBP59, another member of the signalplex, binds to both INAD and TRPL. Mutation P702Q or P709Q in the highly conserved TRPL sequence (701)LPPPFNVLP(709), eliminates TRPL interaction with FKBP59.
