IMGT/GeneInfo: T cell receptor gamma TRG and delta TRD genes in database give access to all TR potential V(D)J recombinations

open access: yesBMC Bioinformatics, 2006
Background Adaptative immune repertoire diversity in vertebrate species is generated by recombination of variable (V), diversity (D) and joining (J) genes in the immunoglobulin (IG) loci of B lymphocytes and in the T cell receptor (TR) loci of T ...

Lipid Droplets Are a Physiological Nucleoporin Reservoir

open access: yesCells, 2021
Lipid Droplets (LD) are dynamic organelles that originate in the Endoplasmic Reticulum and mostly bud off toward the cytoplasm, where they store neutral lipids for energy and protection purposes.

A Phase II Trial of Perioperative Camrelizumab Plus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Resectable Stage IIB–IIIB Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
This phase II trial suggests the potential of perioperative camrelizumab plus neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with resectable stage IIB‐IIIB lung squamous cell carcinoma. The major pathological response rate (primary endpoint) was 60.0%, and the pathological complete response (pCR) rate was 44.4%.

Inferred Allelic Variants of Immunoglobulin Receptor Genes: A System for Their Evaluation, Documentation, and Naming

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2019
Immunoglobulins or antibodies are the main effector molecules of the B-cell lineage and are encoded by hundreds of variable (V), diversity (D), and joining (J) germline genes, which recombine to generate enormous IG diversity.

Discovery and Structural Characterization of a Highly Protective Neutralizing Antibody Targeting the Mpox Virus A35R Protein

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
High‐affinity monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the MPXV EEV protein A35R were rapidly isolated using mRNA‐LNP vaccination and the Beacon single‐cell sorting Optofluidic platform, followed by functional profiling. One mAb, 17H1, potently neutralized authentic MPXV and conferred complete protection in vivo.

Standardized IMGT® Nomenclature of Salmonidae IGH Genes, the Paradigm of Atlantic Salmon and Rainbow Trout: From Genomics to Repertoires

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2019
In teleost fish as in mammals, humoral adaptive immunity is based on B lymphocytes expressing highly diverse immunoglobulins (IG). During B cell differentiation, IG loci are subjected to genomic rearrangements of V, D, and J genes, producing a unique ...

An Aging Clock Based on Immune Repertoire Features: COVID‐19 Accelerates Aging

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 7, July 2026.
We systematically profiled TCR/BCR repertoires in Chinese individuals and paired COVID‐19 samples, revealed aging‐driven remodeling and COVID‐accelerated immune senescence, and built a reliable immune repertoire aging clock for immune senescence evaluation.

Modeling TCR‐Epitope Recognition Specificity: What We Should Learn to Succeed

open access: yesImmunological Reviews, Volume 340, Issue 1, July 2026.
ABSTRACT T‐cell recognition of infected or malignant cells is central to both spontaneous and therapy‐induced cellular immune responses against pathogens and cancer. This recognition is elicited by the interaction between T‐Cell Receptors (TCRs) and epitopes, which consist of antigenic peptides displayed on major histocompatibility complex molecules ...

Topology and expressed repertoire of the Felis catus T cell receptor loci

open access: yesBMC Genomics, 2020
Background The domestic cat (Felis catus) is an important companion animal and is used as a large animal model for human disease. However, the comprehensive study of adaptive immunity in this species is hampered by the lack of data on lymphocyte antigen ...

Full‐Length Next‐Generation Sequencing of 11 HLA Loci of More Than 1000 Individuals From Clinical Cohorts in East and West Africa

open access: yesHLA, Volume 108, Issue 1, July 2026.
ABSTRACT HLA loci have been implicated in several diseases, including HIV‐1, from different world populations. It is necessary to characterise HLA allele variation at the population level prior to investigating associations linked to human diseases. In global databases, limited high‐resolution HLA allele types generated by next‐generation sequencing ...
