Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Fluorine‐18‐labeled CD73 inhibitor [18F]PSB‐19427 enables noninvasive PET mapping of CD73 overexpression in triple‐negative breast (TNBC) and pancreatic cancer. For [18F]PSB‐19427, specific binding in human tumor tissues, favorable biodistribution with prolonged blood retention, robust tumor uptake, and superiority to [18F]FDG in a TNBC model ...

Objectives Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are lymphocyte aggregates that play an anti‐tumor role in most solid tumors. However, the functions of TLS in gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (GNENs) remain unknown.

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) identification and density assessment on H&E-stained digital slides of lung cancer [PDF]
Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) are ectopic aggregates of lymphoid cells in inflamed, infected, or tumoral tissues that are easily recognized on an H&E histology slide as discrete entities, distinct from lymphocytes.

ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.

Does TLS Exist in Canine Mammary Gland Tumours? Preliminary Results in Simple Carcinomas [PDF]
: Neoplastic progression is influenced by the expression of tumour antigens that activate an anti-tumour immune response. Human medical studies show that this body defence is carried out in secondary lymphoid organs (SLOs) but also directly in the ...

In advanced colorectal cancer, tumors with mature tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) exhibited abundant infiltration of CD3‐ and CD8‐positive lymphocytes in both primary and metastatic sites, indicating an activated immune response. The presence of mature TLS was also associated with favorable chemotherapy sensitivity and improved prognosis.

Patterns of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in adenoid cystic carcinoma of the head and neck [PDF]
Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy in the head and neck. The prognosis remains poor and late recurrences often occur after 5 years and later. To date, there are no reliable prognostic markers for ACC.
